Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to read and use our guides, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our goal
We aim for the site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we have done
- Pages use semantic HTML with one main heading, landmarks and a logical heading order.
- A “Skip to main content” link appears at the top of each page for keyboard users.
- All interactive elements can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Text and interface colors are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
- Layouts adapt to small screens (down to 320 pixels wide) and to browser zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation is minimal and respects the “reduce motion” setting.
- Icons are decorative or have text labels. The site does not rely on color alone to convey meaning.
- The mobile menu button reports whether the menu is open, and can be closed with the Escape key.
How we check
We test the site with automated checks during development (including page structure, contrast and layout at several screen widths) and with manual keyboard testing. This is a self-assessment; the site has not been audited by an outside organization.
Known limitations
Search requires JavaScript; without it, every guide can still be reached from the category pages. External websites we link to are outside our control and may not meet the same standard.
Feedback
If you find something hard to use, please tell us at support@schedulemyservices.net. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and tell us what device, browser or assistive technology you were using if you can.
