What we can’t help with

ScheduleMyServices is an independent informational website, so we are not able to:

• book, change or cancel an appointment with any provider;
• send a technician, give a quote or diagnose a specific fault;
• recommend a particular business; or
• handle a complaint or refund about work done by a provider.

For a dispute with a business, contact the business in writing first. If that doesn’t resolve it, your state consumer protection office can explain your options.
