Who we are

Information we collect
When you browse the site. The site is a set of static pages. It has no account system, no contact or sign-up forms, no comment sections, and it does not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, social media plugins or other trackers. Pages do not load scripts, fonts or images from third-party servers.
Technical information processed by our host. Like any website, the site is delivered by a hosting provider (currently Vercel). To send pages to your browser and to protect the service against abuse, the host’s systems process technical request data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us. If you send a message to support@schedulemyservices.net, we receive your email address, your name if your email shows it, the content of your message and any attachments. This is the only way we receive personal information directly from you.
Search. The site search runs entirely in your browser. What you type is not sent to us or to anyone else, although it appears in the page address of the search page in your own browser history.
How we use information
We use the contents of emails only to read, answer and act on your message (for example, to correct a guide), and to keep a record of the conversation where needed. We do not use your email address for marketing and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising. Email is delivered and stored by our email service provider, which processes messages on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep emails only as long as needed to deal with your message and any follow-up, and then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
Privacy requests and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it or to have it deleted. Because we only hold information you have emailed to us, requests are simple to handle.
To make a request, email support@schedulemyservices.net with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm that the email address is yours before acting. You can make a request on behalf of someone else if you have their permission. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
The site is written for adults arranging household, vehicle and device services. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has emailed us, contact us and we will delete the message.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS and uses security headers that block third-party scripts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not email us sensitive information such as passwords or payment details.
